It seems that Jake’s elementary school mascot, Swampy, is enjoying the hula hoops hanging on his nether region a bit too much.

    what universe do you live in? there is no Swampy or other hula hoop swinging mascots at elementry schools where I live, much less any that are “too happy” in public……….
